Ten Most Wanted

In honor of today’s birthdate of FBI’s Ten Most Wanted list, I’ve put together a short list of my own (though for fashion not fugitives!). With the beginning of spring just around the corner (March 20), I used Pantone’s color report as my guide to some pretty things for the season.

Small zip pouch by Tracey Tanner | Japanese twill capri by rag & bone | Yellow-tip flats by Anthropologie

As much as I like the warm Solar Power and Tangerine shades, they’re typically limited to items from my waist down or something to put in my tote. Honestly, I’m just too boring to add any bold colors on top.

Suede slingbacks by Carven | Suede wedges by J. Crew

Brompton Mini-Hobo by J. Crew | Patent Wedge Sandal by Stella McCartney | Non-toxic Nail Lacquers All Hail the Queen (top) and Yummy Mummy by Butter London

Ah, but I do love neutrals! The practical side of me appreciates how every season has them in beige, taupe or gray. Isn’t there something like 200 shades of beige? Ridiculous, isn’t it?

Finally, for all those girls who love color (mine certainly does). An ensemble by Stella McCartney for Kids and Antik Batik, all from Little Fashion Gallery.

Love the items you suggest. I did a post on the Pantone Fashion Report Spring 2012, too. (Take a look at http://storysmoking.wordpress.com/2012/03/10/pantone-spring-colors-2012/)
I have to admit, I probably wouldn’t wear the orange/yellow, they’d be not very flattering.
