Costa Rica | part I

Arenal Volcano

Let me start by saying that Costa Rica is an amazing and enchanting place where the land is lush and beautiful, people welcome you with open arms, and their commitment the environment is admirable. On our holiday, we learned that Cost Rica uses 88% hydroelectric power, 15% geothermal energy, and 5% solar. They have figured it out, and it’s been this way for years. The air smells fresh, water feels clean, and it’s green all around. And, Costa Rica has a female president, Laura Chinchilla Miranda, to boot.

I’m a fan.
