Salt’s Cure

A friend and I were in West Hollywood and had time for lunch before an event. I rarely visit Los Angeles so had no idea where to go. Salt’s Cure (love the name) was a surprisingly good farm to table eatery recommended by my friend Mariangela (who always gives exceptional guidance on food-related matters).

Thick pieces of Zuni-like roasted chicken tucked in homemade walnut bread, just shaved potatoes for chips (incredibly light), and a simple side dish of cucumbers & onions. Menu changes daily. It’s in a lackluster neighborhood but certainly worth a visit.
